First time we ate here, and hands down the best pasta we ever had. Authentic taste, fresh ingredients! Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Fantastic job guys. We will be back here for sure

The food is great and every time we have come, it's been packed, yet they always find a way to fit us in.

Going again with friends tomorrow - first time 4 days ago, totally loved it! Every single thing was perfect, pizza, pasta, prices, people! Best espresso in Cochrane!

Awesome lunch today! Calamari to start, and Capriccioso pizza were both excellent and the Torta Ricotta E Cioccolato was to die for. Thank you all at The Boot for a wonderful experience! We'll be back for sure!

A quant pizzeria serving amazing pizza in the heart of cochrane - FINALLY!! The owner was attentive and friendly. We had the caprese salad and two pizzas!! Fresh ingredients, beautiful and simple presentation and the taste was delicious!! Can't wait to go back and try something different. The menu was packed with tons of choices. Looking forward to taking the family and grabbed a to go menu on the way out!!!

I'm a hard to please kinda person when it comes to food and eating out. I was quite surprised by the quality. I totally enjoyed the cozy and homy of the place. Just big enough. I had the lasagna and boy was it good. The portions are just great and the prices are fair. The wait for our food was more than acceptable and out waitress was super nice and friendly. A place to recommend. I will need to go back for a coffee and some sweets.

Well, we have been to The Boot twice in 6 days and both times simply amazing! Had calamari and a white pizza (I think number 17 or 22) and my spouse had a glass of the house red. All was amazing. Went back for dinner last night with friends and spouse had the spaghetti carbonara (which was a mealshare item where money is donated) and I had the lasagna. OMG it was the BEST lasagna I have ever had. The pasta was so perfect and the meat sauce outstanding. We now have to just go back for espresso and dessert as when we eat a meal we are too full! Cannot say enough good things and the staff are awesome!! Welcome to Cochrane!!
